Hi,Avery Ranch, riata and Round rock have good Indian community.Average cost for 1 room apartment is around 850 dollars. You need to give some security amount as you wont have any credit history may be around 600 dollars. You can use your Indian license for about 3 months ,after that you have to give a test.you can get rental car from airport or enterprise. When you arrive here buy a T-mobile prepaid card. You can buy used furniture from craiglist or new one from Ikea and rooms to go.
