Hi, Is he an US Citizen? If he is not an Indian citizen, he dont have to worry...Customs allow foreign nationals to carry anything. Me and my husband visited family in Chennai just two weeks back, via New Delhi carried three laptops, three comcarder and some other electronic stuff. No questions asked at the airport. We are US Citizens.....
