HiWe have recently moved to austin and are looking for a rental place(apartment/home). Please help with suggestions about good and safe areas for a family (in && around zip 78749). I have a 2 year old toddler and hence would prefer safe lopcalities with helpful neighbouhood and playareas. As we are new here, please help with your suggestions and experiences. Thanks.
