Cinnamon cookies : Indian Food & Cooking Recipes

Ingredients
½ cup firmly packed brown sugar
¼ cup granulated sugar
1 stick butter
1 egg
½ tea vanilla extract
1 cup all purpose flour
½ tea baking soda
1tea ground cinnamon

Cooking Instructions

Heat oven 350*F, in large bowl, beat butter and sugars until creamy. Add egg and vanilla extract beat well. Add flour, baking soda, and cinnamon mix well. Place on ungreased pan. Cook for 10-12min or until golden brown.
